Merchandise may be shipped to you in separate containers at different times depending on product availability and the carrier.
Use only a physical address as carriers such as UPS and other major carriers will not ship to a post office box.
|Returns / Exchanges|
You may return or exchange any item within 15 days of purchase. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all merchandise returns. The customer is responsible for freight on all returns and exchanges.
Exceptions: Special orders, customized, and personalized merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
Do not return merchandise without a return authorization number (RMA). Please apply for a Return Authorization Number through your account's Review Orders. When applying for a return or exchange please include your reason for returning/exchange. A reason for refund/exchange is required for the RMA to be processed. Your account will be credited once the item(s) has been returned and inspected. Full credit minus the restocking charge and shipping and processing charges will be given to merchandise that show no signs of wear, use, or installation.
Return unused merchandise immediately to ensure proper credit to your account or to receive an exchange.
|Claims / Discrepancies|
|Each order is checked for accuracy before leaving our warehouse. In the event of a discrepancy, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. Report any discrepancies to firstname.lastname@example.org. |
